David DeBonis
Principal, Chief Experience Officer
David has over 20 years of experience leading the strategic vision and user experience of enterprise-level digital projects. He has a keen ability to balance and prioritize project factors that maximize design outcomes. His capacity to cross-pollinate ideas beyond specialty silos has contributed to highly innovative and usable experiences.
David received an MS in Scientific and Technical Communications from the University of Minnesota, where he specialized in the usability of digital interfaces. He studies primitive survival skills and can often be seen making fire without matches.
Elana Vetter
Senior Director of Experience Design
Elana has over 20 years experience in product design. As a cross-functional collaborator, she builds scalable teams and creates branded user experiences for Fortune 500 companies. Providing hands-on expertise, she drives strategy and problem-solving with a relentless focus on business goals and user needs.
Elana delights in creating watercolors of fruits and vegetables, loves spending time with her family, traveling the world, and getting dressed up to go out on the town.

Lead Experience Designer
Pete has 8 year’s experience creating flexible, accessible, and engaging experiences for a wide range of clients. He combines his extensive industry knowledge, best practices, and established usability heuristics to craft scalable design systems and experiences that work for everyone. Pete leads teams in achieving innovative and bespoke solutions through user research, collaboration, and design ideation.
In his free time, Pete enjoys playing music, learning about the internet, and looking for mushrooms in the woods of Maine.
Tori Stewart
Lead Experience Designer
Tori has dedicated her career to crafting beautiful experiences. Her aptitude for identifying underlying user experience principles and attention to detail ensures any design problem is answered with an elegant and intuitive solution. Prior to joining the FOXGROOVE team, Tori designed enterprise product suites and both B2B & B2C products for Fortune 500 companies.
Tori enjoys spending time with her dog Bruce, gardening, and working on personal projects.
